The master plan allows for approximately 665 individual homes on lots of 300m2 to 350m2. The homes range from 220m2 to 260m2 in gross floor area. All houses are two storey, with four to five bedrooms (many with studies) and the principal living area on the ground floor, opening to a private outdoor living area.
Each of the individual homes host a double garage and the main car access is provided either from the front of the house, or through shared driveways at the rear.
The interiors are tasteful, modern and beautifully appointed while the exterior designs are appealingly contemporary and built from proven, permanent and watertight materials.
