Todd Property Group Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Todd Capital Limited.
Todd Property Group incorporates the assets formerly owned by Landco Land Developments. Landco was started in the late 1990s with business interests including farming, land development and viticulture. In 2005 Todd Capital purchased a 30% shareholding in Landco Limited held a 49% shareholding by October 2007. In 2008 Todd Capital purchased the remaining underlying shares in the Landco Land Development business.
The rebranding reflects the change in ownership but more importantly signals the business’s growth beyond residential development into diverse property ventures.
Todd Property Group is proud to be owned by the Todd group, which for more than a century has made a significant contribution to the economic development of New Zealand. Since 1885, Todd has grown by consistently identifying new investment opportunities and transforming these into successful commercial enterprises.
